1. Service Entity and Service Scope

This platform specializes in the sale of overseas products and, relying on a compliant supply chain and logistics system, provides users with a one-stop shopping service that includes the sale of genuine products, order fulfillment, logistics delivery, and after-sales support. All products on this platform are intended for personal consumption only. Users are prohibited from bulk purchasing, reselling, or using the products for commercial purposes.

2. Order Placement and Fulfillment Rules

  • When placing an order, users must ensure that the information provided, such as name, contact number, shipping address, etc., is truthful, accurate, and valid. Any issues such as order delays, delivery failures, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user will be the user's responsibility.
  • After successful payment, we will strictly follow the standard process to fulfill the order, including order scheduling, stocking, packing, and shipping within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, and no shipments will be arranged.
  • After the product is shipped, the standard delivery time is 12–14 days. Logistics time may vary slightly due to international transit, customs clearance processes, regional delivery, weather, and other factors, which is considered a normal logistics situation. The platform will monitor the logistics status and ensure the fulfillment of the order.
  • 3. Pricing, Payment, and Tax Rules

  • User Obligations:

  • Users must not use the platform services for illegal activities, malicious order placement, false refunds, fraudulent after-sales claims, or any behavior that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

  • Users are responsible for properly managing their personal account, order information, and payment receipts. Any account issues, data leakage, or financial loss due to improper personal management will be the user's responsibility.
  • 5. Platform Rights and Obligations

    Platform Obligations:

  • The platform will strictly control product quality, provide compliant genuine products, and transparently display product information, pricing rules, logistics time, and after-sales policies.
  • The platform will fulfill orders within the publicized time, follow up on logistics, and provide standardized after-sales support.
  • The platform will strictly protect users' personal information and transaction data, comply with data security and privacy protection regulations, and prevent information leaks or misuse.
  • Platform Rights:

  • The platform has the right to cancel orders, restrict shopping privileges, and terminate services for users engaging in malicious orders, malicious after-sales claims, or violations of platform services.
